In the case that your official registered company name has changed, you will need to fill out new Vendor Profile and W9 or W8 forms.
To do so please submit a ticket here in the Help Center or email us firstname.lastname@example.org. with the following information:
- The purpose of your request.
- Your former company name.
- A letter explaining the reason for the change.
- If your name change was part of an acquisition, please provide a press release and any other communication from your legal team to document this occurrence.
