My official company name has changed, how can I update it in the Portal?

In the case that your official registered company name has changed, you will need to fill out new Vendor Profile and W9 or W8 forms.

To do so please submit a ticket here in the Help Center or email us with the following information:

  1. The purpose of your request.
  2. Your former company name.
  3. A letter explaining the reason for the change.
  4. If your name change was part of an acquisition, please provide a press release and any other communication from your legal team to document this occurrence.
