What is the Player Background?
The background skin is an image and/or color that is displayed behind the video location window in the player.

Note: If the video location window is the same size or larger than the player's size area, the background skin will be hidden behind it.
Apply or Change your Player Background
To change your Player Background, perform the following steps:
- Access the player wizard by editing an existing player or creating a new one.
- Go to the 'LOOK & FEEL' tab.
- Under the 'LOOK & FEEL' tab go to the 'BACKGROUND' area and apply the required options according to the following table:
Important: Click on 'More Settings' to view all the available fields under this area.

Click on this field to select a previously uploaded image that will be displayed as the background of this player.
Note: If you do not have a previously uploaded image, please see How to upload an image.
Enter a hexadecimal color code or click on the color box to select a color for the Player's background. This color will be displayed when the player is loading a video, an ad or when the video location is smaller than the total player size.
Note: By default, the player background color is set to black.
The width (W) and height (H) fields allow you to set the dimensions of your background within the player.
Background location The X horizontal axis and Y vertical axis fields allow you to position the location of the Background area of your player.
- Click on 'SAVE'. Your player background is saved and applied to this player.
